Interlift organisers report strong early bookings for 2027 Nuremberg fair

Bookings ahead of the 2027 fair

Interlift organisers say around 80 per cent of the floor space occupied at the previous fair has already been re-let for the 2027 edition. Their announcement, dated 14 October 2026, says two-thirds of exhibitors registered so far are based outside Germany. The fair is scheduled for 12 to 15 October 2027 at Messe Nürnberg, where Interlift was first held in 2025. Elevatori Magazine reported the organisers’ figures on 16 October. [1][2]

These are early booking figures, not a final exhibitor count or a forecast of attendance. The floor-space comparison is with space occupied at the previous event; it does not mean that 80 per cent of all space available in 2027 has been booked. [1]

The organisers are inviting proposals for presentations at the VFA Forum. VFA-Interlift has identified EN ISO 8100-1/-2, cybersecurity and digitalisation as topics it expects the industry to discuss.
